- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Returns are accepted for all items except for perishable or consumable goods.
- Impakt Fitness charges a 10% restocking and processing fee

- You will be asked to provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please package the product securely and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
4. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the returned item is received. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
